The Sapphire card is the premium product in the Chase credit card portfolio. Our task was to launch the product, build brand awareness for the card, and move it to the front of cardholders' wallets.

The solution: a nimble, digital and social ecosystem that brought the card's premium perks to life — and inspired cardholders to actually use them.

Results:
• Created the #1 branded radio channel in Pandora’s history
• Increased Facebook community by 132% in the first year
• Trippled the size of the business in less than a year
