The Sapphire card is the premium product in the Chase credit card portfolio. Our task was to build brand awareness of the card offering and move it to front of wallets.

Our solution was to build a nimble, digital and social ecosystem that gave cardholders access to the premium dining and travel opportunities and rewards the card offered.

Results:
• Created the #1 branded radio channel in Pandora’s history
• Increased Facebook community by 132% in the first year
• Trippled the size of the business in less than a year

With the “You Can Tell It’s Dell” campaign  our strategy was simple – when there’s something’s different to talk about people pay attention.  

Based on this insight, we banged out global launches for all types of Dell products including laptops, desktops, and tablets.

We managed the brand voice on all collateral including adverting, broadcast and catalogs.

This integrated digital advertising program centered around a simple consumer insight – when you share what you love, you connect.

To drive engagement with the new phone, we sponsored crowd-sourced remixes of the campaign song "Don't Fence Me In"  by YouTube sensation Kutiman.

Users uploaded submissions through a YouTube integrated API on the site as well as the YouTube brand channel.

In the first month alone, the Facebook page added 10,000 likes and over 70 videos were uploaded to the YouTube channel with a total of over 30,000 views.

Working closely with Facebook, we developed a Facebook dining app to help promote a Chase Sapphire 3X  points incentive program . The  app allows this active card member base to rate and share "Friday favorite" restaurants and even book a table through Open Table. A week before each first friday, targetted rich media banners count down to the big day.

Initially, a six month trial initiative, the program has been extended indefinitely.

We reworked the entire HUGGIES brand and voice shifting the brand voice from an aspirational “new mom” sweetness to this slightly irreverent, tongue and cheek tone that resonated with these moms.

Part of my role was to direct staff copywriters, freelance authors, and other agencies to make sure that the voice and content stayed on brand.

Work included branding, content, advertising, hospital videos, direct mail for all HUGGIE's brands, promotions (diapers, Pull-Ups and wipes)

Financial literacy can be daunting, Nationwide asked us to create an interactive tool to help new and prospective customers sort through overwhelming range of financial options  By choosing the relevant image, customers  Zoom In on what’s important to them and get financial advice based on their individual needs and goals.

In 2010, I helped develop the brand voice 1-800-Flowers.  I worked on the Mother’s Day catalog, the Mother’s Day microsite and infused a whole host of transactional emails with a healthy dose of the 1-800-Flowers’s personality. Among other bits and bobs of copy, I also rewrote their About Us and the 1-800-Flower’s Smile Guarantee section of their corporate website to keep it true to the new brand voice.

My deep immersion in all things Guinness included a digital holiday card, 1759 society site posts & updates, jib jab banners, and a St. Patrick’s Day Website with original video we shot of Fergil the brewmaster. Sláinte.

Developed branded and unbranded support programs  (My CML Circle, My Gist Circle, CML Alliance, GIST Alliance) for two isolated communities of patients with two very different but rare forms of cancer. This program included direct mail, email, conference collateral, websites and online advertising.

As part of the Alliance programs, we also created unique, proprietary desktop applications to help patients and their caregivers manage their GIST and CML treatments and report back to their healthcare providers. The tools also delivered disease state information pertinent to each stage of a patient’s treatment journeys.

Dannon wanted to show that they were 100% committed to helping California families live healthy, active lives. We designed this campaign and cause marketting incentive to introduce Californian’s (especially California moms) to Dannon yogurt and show why it was such a good fit for their families.

Most formula brands focus on the baby rendering anything nearly invisible.  But we won this business and built this integrated program on a single key insight and message:  strong babies come from strong moms.

This super fun, slightly addictive site was developed to accompany each new  “Life Comes At You Fast”  TV spot.  New surprise were added to align with new commercials and keep the site fresh.

In addition to broadcast, this 360 campaign included: microsite concepts, rich media, email and direct mail.
