Launched the first consumer relationship marketing programs to the OTC division of Bayer pharmaceuticals.

The program has it's own look and feel and brand voice and was a platform for creating and delivering customized, compelling and sharable content including engagement tactics, blog articles, and videos.

Polls and quizzes  provide consumers the opportunity to learn about allergies and the Claritin brand in a fun, easy way. 

Data from engagement was also used to better personalize the experience including the types of coupons offered.
