In 2010, I helped develop the brand voice 1-800-Flowers.  I worked on the Mother’s Day catalog, the Mother’s Day microsite and infused a whole host of transactional emails with a healthy dose of the 1-800-Flowers’s personality. Among other bits and bobs of copy, I also rewrote their About Us and the 1-800-Flower’s Smile Guarantee section of their corporate website to keep it true to the new brand voice.
